Be My Valentine Workout

Joini us February 15 from 3:30-5pm for a unique way to celebrate a partner or friend in your life!

$30/couple - when you sign up - you are signing up for 2!

In our Be My Valentine Couples Workout, we will experience:

  • Strength training (optional cardio)

  • Yoga

  • Core/Pilates

  • Gratitude for each other

  • Meditation

  • Optional acro pose

  • Chocolate covered strawberries and refreshments
