We offer the widest range of classes you will find anywhere! From yoga, pilates, bungee, trampoline, yoga trapeze, restore, sound bath, dance, TRX/suspend, barre, yoga sculpt, total body, meditation and more! (and, they are all taught by inspiring coaches who want you to leave feeling better than you arrived!)

For our Saturday virtual class - sign up and you’ll get a private link to the class one hour prior to! You choose whether you share your video or not (instructors can coach if they can see you, but it’s completely up to you!).

  • Yoga

    Yoga

    Flow - A vinyasa class where breath meets movement. Strengthen your body, improve balance and increase mindfulness (40-60 mins).

    Gentle - A great starting point for beginners or way to release the body after a difficult week or heavy workouts. (45-60 mins)

    Slow Flow - Focuses on holding postures, feeling heat in the muscles and taming the brain to hold on when it’s hard. (45 minutes)

    Restore - Reset the body & brain with this gentle class focused on healing muscles, soothing joints and relaxing the body (40 mins).

    Meditation - We explore the science behind meditation and offer body relaxation, visualization, metta and other experiences. (25-30 mins)

  • Pilates

    Pilates & Total Core

    Pilates- uses Pilates-based mat movements to strengthen your core, back, hips and legs. Boosts metabolism and energy. (45 mins.)

    Total Core - a quick class that incorporates Pilates & fitness-based core movements to stimulate circulation and overall strength. (30 mins)

    These classes are what Julie calls a secret ingredient to personal power and mental and physical strength.

    Total Body / Strength

    Total Body - Burn tons of calories, improve circulation, energy levels, physical strength, coordination and mobility and mental resiliency with this fun workout. You’ll use intervals to find challenge and recovery within a series and celebrate the finish line with mindfulness and stretching. (30-60 mins)

    Resistance - Using resistance bands, body bars, balls, weights, wooden rods, blocks, and other equipment, we offer a strength training workout that works every part of you body, and challenges it in different ways. A fun workout where times flies!

    Learn the science and method behind training your brain (like you do your body) to respond to life with greater resiliency. Live life on your terms. Try meditating 10-20 mins a day, several days a week - you will be amazed by the difference!
